What does direct from the supplier mean?

This means that your products are sent directly by the supplier rather than going through a middle man. This allows us to keep the prices down for you and you your family.

Why has my order arrived in multiple packages?


Because some of our items are drop-shipped direct from our suppliers. This means packages may be sent separately. You can track the packages with the tracking code supplied in your shipping confirmation email.

How long will my order take to ship?

We process orders once a day. If your product is one of our Baby Mate originals (Trolley Mate) it will be shipping the following business day. If is is one of our direct for the supplier products, it will be processed within 4 - 7 days. If your order is not processed within 14 days, please let us know asap.

I haven't received a shipping confirmation email yet?

Some of our suppliers can take 4 - 7 days to process an order, while this can be frustrating, this allows us to keep prices super low ! If you have ordered one of our Baby Mate originals your order should have been sent the following business day, so please contact us to let us know.

How long is shipping time?

If you have ordered a Baby Mate original shipping should take no more than 7 days from dispatch (usually 4 days) but if your order has come from our trusted supplier it should take 7 - 10 days from dispatch but can take up to 30 days depending on your location from dispatch.

What if my order is faulty or not as described?

While we work very hard to ensure that all our products are not faulty, some of our items come direct from the suppliers warehouse so we rely on them to provide a perfect product. If you do receive a faulty item, please email us at babymateonline@gmail.com with pictures and description. We have created a returns policy to follow.
